Who we are
SiteToWork is operated by Justas Jakonis, trading as SiteToWork. For this notice, we are the controller of personal information used for our own website enquiries, prospective-client administration, client administration, contracts, billing, account management, business communications, website operation and security.
Our address is 59 Grenfell Avenue, Holland-On-Sea, CO15 5XW. You can contact us about privacy at hello@sitetowork.com.
Who this notice applies to
This notice applies to people using sitetowork.com, people who contact us about SiteToWork, and representatives of our business customers. When we provide an automation or website service that processes a customer's own customer data, that business normally decides why and how that information is used. The applicable Order and Data Processing Schedule explain those arrangements.
Information we collect
Depending on the route you choose, we may collect:
- identity and contact details, including name, business name, email address and telephone number;
- business and project information, such as trade, website, enquiry sources, CRM or booking arrangements, approximate enquiry volume, selected package, requirements and messages you provide;
- contract and administration information, including agreed scope, invoices, payment references and communications; and
- technical and security information generated by operating the website, such as IP address, browser and request logs. We do not collect card numbers through this website.
We collect information directly from you when you email, call, submit a form or begin an agreed order. We may also receive business-contact information from an agreed service provider where that is necessary to deliver the service you requested.
Why we use information and lawful bases
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to an enquiry and discussing a proposed service | Taking steps at your request before entering a contract |
| Providing, administering and supporting an agreed service | Performance of a contract |
| Invoices, records and legal obligations | Legal obligation and, where necessary, contract |
| Keeping the website and business communications secure and reliable | Legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business |
We do not run a promotional-email subscription list from this website. If that changes, we will provide the relevant privacy information before using information for that purpose.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only where necessary for the purpose above, with professional advisers, authorities where required by law, and service providers that help operate the service. The current website is hosted and protected through Cloudflare. If an agreed enquiry or client workflow is configured to use Make, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Stripe or an AI provider, the relevant information may be shared with that provider only for the agreed workflow or service; the applicable Order identifies material project-specific providers.
Stripe payment processing is not currently enabled on this website. If payment is enabled later, card details are entered directly with Stripe rather than being stored by SiteToWork.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where a transfer is required, we will use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards where required by UK data-protection law. We do not claim that all information remains in the UK.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling an enquiry, providing or supporting a service, resolving a dispute and meeting legal or accounting obligations. The website does not currently apply an automated deletion period to all business records; retention is reviewed when the relevant purpose or agreement ends.
Checkout drafts, when that flow is enabled, are designed to expire after two hours. Information may remain in backups or security records for a reasonable period before deletion.
Cookies and analytics
Our current cookie and storage use is explained in the Cookie Policy. Optional analytics, where enabled for a particular environment, is consent-gated and may use Cloudflare Zaraz and Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and agreed website actions. For consented server-side monetary events, the fields may include a real transaction identifier, value, currency and payment stage. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a separate, independently reviewed option for baseline traffic and performance information. We do not treat these tools as a complete record of enquiries, customers or revenue; operational and payment records remain separate.
AI and automated tools
SiteToWork may use agreed automation or AI-supported tools while providing a contracted service, for example to organise or summarise an enquiry in a defined workflow. We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for visitors to this website. Human review remains part of any business-critical workflow.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by email or through an enquiry route.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing, or receive information you provided in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email hello@sitetowork.com.
Complaints and contact
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We may update this notice when our processing changes and will publish the updated date here.
